Dr. LaTricia Belt, Chiropractor
A Passion for Science
Dr. LaTricia Belt, D.C. was born and raised in Mississippi. She has an undergraduate degree in Biology from Mississippi University for Women and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Missouri State University. She taught science for ten years and enjoyed mentoring students into exploring the fulfillment of a career in healthcare.
Soon thereafter, her own experience with chiropractic prompted her to take her own advice and make a shift in careers.
Embracing Chiropractic
Dr. Belt is a wife and mother of 5 beautiful children. After her fifth pregnancy, she knew that her body didn’t feel as good as it should. Not wanting to take medication, she was eventually referred to a chiropractor in Joplin, MO. The subsequent treatments opened her eyes to a new level of health care while also helping her see significant improvement in her physical well-being. In 2019 Dr. Belt and her family moved to Texas so that she could attend Parker University and pursue her Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
Sharing Her Knowledge
As a 2023 graduate, Dr. Belt is excited to provide care to patients of all ages and backgrounds in our Farrar Family Chiropractic McKinney clinic. Her passion lies in improving the education of people around the options of care that chiropractic care provides, while also demonstrating the benefits that chiropractic offers for the entire family. Dr. LaTricia is currently in training for her Webster Technique Certification.
